All clients are encouraged to explore how to live, more and be in a way that aligns with their core beliefs and desired outcomes.  While every client has different needs, all can benefit from addressing how to implement the actions of living, moving and being.



What does it mean to live your best life? Is your career/work going well?  Are you exceeding your goals?  Do you sleep well every night?  Or is it a financial perspective.

Whatever your challenges, your coaching program will address what action steps are required (by you) so that you can have your best life!  You deserve it, so you should have it!  Right?

ASK YOURSELF:  If I had no obstacles, or hindrances, what would my life look like?  And then let’s work BACKWARDS from there.



What does movement mean to you?  Is it being physically active?  Or are you doing mental gymnastics by way of meditation or yoga?  Moving in any way is essential to our health and well-being. 

Side Note:  Even moving away from ideas, beliefs, and roles that no longer serve you count.

So, as you are moving through the Sozology© methodology, know that the way you move is just as important as what you eat, the supplements you take and the people in your life.


Most people are better at doing than being, it’s very true.  Ambitious people often see being a “being lazy.” (That’s the farthest thing from the truth.)

When was the last time you took 10 minutes to just breathe?  When was the last time you quieted your mind to receive guidance or understanding on a matter that concerned you?

If you’re still thinking about it, then that’s too long.  Learning to be is key to many of the areas that you want to unlock in your life.  So, get ready, your first moment to “be” awaits you!
